Q. How long have you been in business?

A. We have been doing business in Federal Way since 1983, over 30 years!!!


Q. Do you accept items which are recalled or damaged?

A. NO!!! All equipment and toys are checked against a master recall list and all items are inspected 

carefully before buying. 


Q. What types of brands do you sell?

A. All types of brands are bought and sold as long as the items are in excellent condition. 


Q. Do you carry new items?

A. Yes, we carry a selection of new toys and novelty items.


Q. Can I put items on hold for a few days?

A. Equipment can be held until the end of the next business day. Clothing and small toys can be held for a few days. 


Q. Can I bring items back if they don't work out.

A. You have 7 days to exchange an item for other merchandise if you have a receipt and the item has not been used. Sorry, no cash refunds are given. 


Q. Do you pay me the same day I bring my items in to sell?

A. Yes, if you come in during Buying Hours (Mon-Fri 10-2). 


Q. Do you buy seasonal clothing anytime?

A. We buy spring and summer items March through June. Fall and winter items are purchased August through January.
